Knee issues forced me to trade out of my 2017 Camaro I had a 2017 Camaro that I loved to pieces,However knee problems made it very hard to get in & out of it.I went to Koons Chevy to see what can be done I had a 2017 Camaro that I loved to pieces,However knee problems made it very hard to get in & out of it.I went to Koons Chevy to see what can be done.There I met Buddy Price,. I explained my problem, and told him I was looking at the new Equinox..I had one I liked .And with Buddy's help we got a GREAT deal on My Camaro ,which only had 7,300 miles.He got me top dollar on it And we got my payments on the Equinox where I wanted to be..I will refer anyone that wants to buy a Chevy to go to Koons Chevy & ask for Buddy Price..Thank you so very much Buddy Michael Koehler More

Overall a very a good experience Overall this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Preston Straub was absolutely fantastic in keeping me informed and working with Overall this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. Preston Straub was absolutely fantastic in keeping me informed and working with the sales manager to put together a workable deal. There were some minor hiccups during the transaction - specifically, the trade-in valuation was initially incorrect and the second key was/is missing. But, that being said, Preston has stayed on top of both issues and kept me well-informed so I feel very confident in both issues being resolved easily. Preston has responded quickly to any and all questions I've had throughout the process - and I had a lot! Preston was also great in getting everything ready prior to my arrival at the dealership so that I didn't have to spend a ton of time there - To put this in perspective I spent about an hour and 15 minutes total in the dealership....a much more pleasant experience than the 6+ hours I've spent in other dealerships. A huge inventory of vehicles and plethora of financing partners made for an easy buying experience. Kelly Paris in finance was also very helpful and pleasant - she clearly explained my financing terms and I felt very comfortable working with her. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this dealership! More

Everyone takes their time in making sure you know how to work things in your car, to making sure you are happy with your choice and anything else you may need assistance with they were definitely there to help! should not be dealing in vehicle's other than chevy they sold me a vehicle which has been in the shop close to 20 times in a year and I went in to get them to buy me out of it and they wanted to insult they sold me a vehicle which has been in the shop close to 20 times in a year and I went in to get them to buy me out of it and they wanted to insult me by wanting to give me 4500 for the truck which kbb is 7k and roll 8k over to the new truck......I would have thought they would like to turn a longtime customer into a lifetime cause I was agreeing to get a 17 Silverado if it all worked out ,but now here is am again with this truck going back into there Shop for a second rear main seal. 06 ram 1500 More

Tried to get a new car I Applied to get a new car with the online credit application. I received a call back after a day I was denied... In the meantime they never even bothered to even look at my credit they just shoved me aside the reason I know this is because the dealership where I got my brand new car pointed it out to me.... So you lost a sale and I will not be recommending you!!!! I think it's a shame you lied to a potiental customer very poor work ethics and horrible customer service..... More

Took the time to find my parents the right car! I took my parents to Koons in White Marsh last week. Their car was totalled in an accident, and they needed a car fast. What a great experience! My parents are in their 70's and were really unsure of what they wanted. They were also working with a budget. Candice showed such patience and empathy while working with my parents. She wasn't pushy and made them and me feel super comfortable. Jerry, the sales manager also did an excellent working with my parents. Everyone in the dealership was friendly. My parents left the dealership with a car that was the right fit for them. I can't say enough about Candice's professionalism and the wonderful way she interacted with my parents (and myself)----TOP NOTCH!!!!!! :) More

My Husband and I just bought a brand new 2013 Chevy Cruze. It was surprisingly painless! The customer service at Koons was the best I've ever dealt with.
