Doug was polite, professional and personable. We had a minor disagreement on some post-sale items which required the involvement of the used car sales manager and some patience as Doug navigated the prope minor disagreement on some post-sale items which required the involvement of the used car sales manager and some patience as Doug navigated the proper channels, but he held true to our agreement. In the end we were satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the repairs we agreed on. Nice Pashos, used car sales manager, became involved and wasn’t overly helpful to the resolution of some issues. His focus on bottom-line over solutions provided limited avenues of resolution for both parties. I understand it’s a business, but there were several alternative solutions that weren’t explored due to his stance of “we’re losing $X already because this deal was so good for you and so bad for us”. On a side note, we didn’t challenge the price. We agreed to the advertised price without any negotiation. Venisha Thomas, service department, could not have been any more pleasant to work with. She was upfront, honest, and incredibly understanding of the situation. I cannot say enough good things about her role in resolving the issues we encountered. Keith Sutton, service department, was also incredibly polite and helpful. While I only worked with him in a limited capacity, I’d gladly work with him again should the need arise. Justin Johnson, finance, was helpful, but a bit pushy when we rejected the extended warranty and additionally priced services after the sale. I’m sure up selling is incentivized/encouraged, but I shouldn’t have to explain my reasoning when I decide against an additional option. More

We walked in to the Kia dealership to get our 2015 Kia Optima serviced and walked out with a brand new 2020 Kia Optima! everyone we talked to was knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable and put us at ease. There service department has excellent customer service and is always very friendly. Keith the service manager is excellent along with Venisha. My sales rep was Cheryl and she was very knowledgeable. She never once slowed down and had awesome customer service. Donnie the finance guy was able to close my deal without having to put money down, when the finance company wanted it. He was awesome as well. I'm very satisfied with my experience with Jim Butler KIA and all of its employees. More

Great customer service Cheryl made car shopping easy! She knew so much about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and could explain all of the features on the model I chose.
