I have purchased two vehicle from Jim Butler Kia since April of 2021 ..My new Kia K 5 Gt up line is the vehicle kia is refusing to fix.. I kept up with the maintenance and get the oil change and tire rota April of 2021 ..My new Kia K 5 Gt up line is the vehicle kia is refusing to fix.. I kept up with the maintenance and get the oil change and tire rotation when due. I have always drove out of my way to go back to that dealership to get my service taken care ,that I pay out of my pocket ..On one visit they broke a seal around the oil filter and somehow the metal shield under the car got broke and no one knows how ..Left without knowing drove down the road and heard a loud noise .So I pulled over and their was oil on my engine and realized that the shield was dragging down the road. Had to take my car back and fight to get a loaner .I have been trying to get the paint fixed on my car for over 5 months now ..Left a review back in November ..Service manager called we talked and both agreed to have it taken care after the holidays ..It is now February and I have not heard a word ..Called them on February 7th it was a Monday . Talked to a gentleman and he acted like he had no clue what was going on .Then said oh you are talking about the Shield .I said well yes that too .They were supposed have put the shield on when I took my car down for my last oil change. They did not ..It is now Thursday February 10th and still have not received a call back about getting the paint problem on my new car fixed.. I know they are just trying to keep putting it off so they warranty expires .This is completely ridiculous to have to go through this much xxxxxxxx . I actually took my car to a Kia dealership near my work for my last oil change and tire rotation and it was amazing ..Jim Butler Kia service department makes me feel like I am a big inconvenience and very unwelcomed and you should never treat customer that way ..Especially paying customer ..I am going to let my lawyer handle it from here and contact the Better Business Bureau ..I am tired of waiting and getting pushed around .. More

I have had nothing but problems with the service department..Will not fix the paint problem on my car ..Get a attitude when dealing with the service ..I pay a lot of money for my car for the paint t department..Will not fix the paint problem on my car ..Get a attitude when dealing with the service ..I pay a lot of money for my car for the paint to becoming off the front of my car ..I don't drive down gravel .Scheduled a oil change my son took it yesterday and they were suppose to put the part on the car that got broken after the last oil change but no one knows how that happened ..Now I have to make another appointment to drive my car back down their again for them to put it on which is absolute ridiculous because they knew to put it on during my oil change..We have bought 2 cars their since April and I can not believe I am having this much trouble .I should not be having paint chips on the front of my car ..Will not buy another vehicle through them or referred anyone to them .. More

UPDATE- Check engine light came on TWO days after the UPDATE- Check engine light came on TWO days after the vehicle was bought so now 30 days in, two separate check engine codes and the vehicle was go UPDATE- Check engine light came on TWO days after the vehicle was bought so now 30 days in, two separate check engine codes and the vehicle was gone for 8 days to get fixed. STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!! When somebody says they will call you back, don't count on it!! They're no business ethics at Jim Butler KIA, it is a shame that Jim Butler has such a quality name here in St.louis. Jim Butler KIA is a BUY HERE PAY HERE lot with a fancy building atleast that is the way it is ran. JIM BUTLER DO THE RIGHT THING!!! Update 6/9/2021 The General manager Chris and I spoke on the phone and that I need to come out of pocket for repairs. This place is a absolute joke. CON ARTISTS SCAMMERS!! BEWARE!! Update- 6/10/21 Chris decided to respond to bbb complaint and continues to be completely unprofessional with absolutely no code of ethics and BOLD FACE LIES, he will literally. say any thing to justify his actions completely awful people to do business with. IF THEY CANT BE TRUTHFUL WHEN THE DOCUMENTATION IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF THIER FACE! More

The Team exceeded my expectations. I went in to look at my options to upgrade my lease to a larger vehicle, not expecting it could actually happen, but, they made some magic and the numbers work and now I my options to upgrade my lease to a larger vehicle, not expecting it could actually happen, but, they made some magic and the numbers work and now I have a sweet new K5!!
