I felt important and my opinion matters Going to this dealership is a pleasure because I am served promptly and I do not feel like I'm treated like a number, also they have the history of my Going to this dealership is a pleasure because I am served promptly and I do not feel like I'm treated like a number, also they have the history of my visits to add to the value of the vehicle at the end of my lease term. I can actually have dialogue with the people working there. I did not feel pressured into purchasing added items if they were not necessary. While I was at this dealership I walked upstairs to inquire about flipping the vehicle into another lease or wait for a bit, I was told about the new vehicles coming in and I think I will be returning to visit and test drive them and possibly flip my vehicle. I have visited other dealerships and I am truly impressed with the way they do things at this location. Keep up the good work. More

Great Service Shortly after I'd left home to drive to New England for my daughter's wedding, I ran over a piece of metal. The attendant at my local gas station told me I needed a new tire. I called Glantzmann and spoke to David Ullman. Although there were no available appointments, David understood my situation and was able to get me back on the road with a brand new tire in about an hour. My family and I are very grateful! By the way, about six months earlier, we had a very pleasant sales experience with Keith Onorata. I will have no hesitation recommending Glantzmann Subaru to all our friends! More

First Time Buyer I was holding on to a hand-me-down 2002 Buick LeSabre, with no desire to upgrade. When my car broke down, I was thrown into the car buying world with I was holding on to a hand-me-down 2002 Buick LeSabre, with no desire to upgrade. When my car broke down, I was thrown into the car buying world with a large amount of hesitation. My dad and I went to various dealerships where I felt I knew more than the salesman, or that the salesman was cheating me out of a decent deal. As per my grandmother's recommendation (she purchased a Subaru from Glanzmann a few weeks prior), we contacted the dealership and were put in contact with Keith. He worked diligently and along side with my dad to find the exact car that I was looking for. I was able to come in the next day, sign paperwork, and drive off the lot with the car of my dreams. Keith was personable, and made a very intimidating process relaxing. After all the paperwork was signed, he made sure that I knew how to work all of the features that were in my new car. Thank you to Glanzmann, and Keith, for pairing me with a vehicle that I am proud to drive. I highly recommend Glazmann, and especially Keith for any car purchase. Keith goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure that you drive off that lot knowing that you made the right decision. Its Fun to Have My Car serviced I brought my car in for a state inspection and an oil change today. Having referred a customer who bought a 2015 Legacy in March I was given a complim I brought my car in for a state inspection and an oil change today. Having referred a customer who bought a 2015 Legacy in March I was given a complimentary oil change and tire rotation which was great. However, better than that was hanging out in the showroom with my salesperson Mark Hughes. He eagerly came down to the service dept. so I could show him my custom Daytime Running Lights from China and my Japanese License Plate and Plate Holder that I bought on e bay. The time really goes fast when Mark and I talk cars and about all the latest and greatest gadgets on the new models. I also have enjoyed sharing my experiences with the sales and service department on my positive experience with the Eyesight, Hill Descent Control (X Mode) and the overall utility and safety of my 2014 Forester XT. My story about how Eyesight saved me from a rear end collision is becoming legendary! I enjoyed talking with the tech and service writer so that I was up to speed on how much tread was left on my tires and how much padding was left on my brakes. Having downed some chips and coffee I was ready to hit the road. With and safe and sound car I will be back when my car is debut with Subaru reliability that may not be for a while! More
