My family has purchased cars from Charlie as far back as when he first opened on bank street. We have always had great reliable vehicles from Saab, Subaru and Volvo. Customer service has always been top not when he first opened on bank street. We have always had great reliable vehicles from Saab, Subaru and Volvo. Customer service has always been top notch and any issues if they arose were addressed promptly and courteously! I love my Volvo XC60 and couldn’t be happier! Very poor customer service everytime I go to Secor Volvo. They make you feel like you are an annoyance to them and don’t make you feel like you didn’t just spent $50,000 there.
