The “video of your car” thing is slick, but I never seem to get the video until I’m home, which makes it much less useful. I really appreciate the live video during inspection. The drivers who bring the complementary car while my car is being serviced are extremely polite and efficient and always contact me on their way so I The drivers who bring the complementary car while my car is being serviced are extremely polite and efficient and always contact me on their way so I have an idea of the drop off time. Keayon was very persistent with his communication and I meant to give him a five not a four. He spoke knowledgeably and respectfully and make sure I understood the services that were necessary for inspection versus the minor thing that didn't impact inspection, but were great suggestions. I have referred so many people to this dealership due to our experience with our sales person, the financial person and the service department. More
