Very good. I brought my car in for the 20,000 mile check up and was given a loaner car since Rallye would have my car for about four hours. Rallye kept to the ti I brought my car in for the 20,000 mile check up and was given a loaner car since Rallye would have my car for about four hours. Rallye kept to the time schedule and notified me when my car was ready. Rallye was prompt in the original processing of the expected service request as well as the processing for the loaner car. The subsequent return of the loaner and the pick up of my vehicle was also promtly handled. More

Came to fix malfunctioning command center Service restored command center but disabled serius radio which was working fine when I brought the car in🤔. Mercedes said it was Serius' fault and S Service restored command center but disabled serius radio which was working fine when I brought the car in🤔. Mercedes said it was Serius' fault and Serius claims it's Mercedes' fault. Bottom line - I no longer have use of a feature that I paid Mercedes to install and Serius to provide. More

An excellent dealership and service center. I have worked with no less than 10-12 dealerships in my time with my employer, 31 years. Rallye by far exceeds all the others by a wide margin. Attentive, professional, friendly, and very accommodating. Every person in the dealership from the receptionists in service to the parts and service guys and the fantastic salesman that handles our account are the best people I’ve worked with in respect to an automotive dealership. Exceptiona service great stuff. Highly 3rd recommended I have been using Rallys for many years and the reason I keep going back is the personal, professional and you in and out quickly. They always keep you update on your car progress and provide you with a lonar car. This year unfortunately visited Rallye probably over 10 appointments in this past 10 month's. The problem I am having is nothing to do with them . The positive is they are always taken care of my needs. And that's what matter. I wouid highly recommended them to anyone I know. Uzi More

Mercedes Recall I brought my car in to have the recall problem resolved. The service department did it within an hour and a half, and I was merrily on my way. The service rep to whom I was assigned, Katie Lyons was a pleasure to work with, and I certainly look forward to seeing her for all of my 2017's Convertible car service requirements. My only wish was that the sales department was as excellent! I purchased my car elsewhere because of the unprofessional and indifferent performance which was displayed during our test drive and subsequent pre-purchase experience.
