I had gone to the Subaru dealership once before and although everyone there was helpful, courteous and professional, I wasn't able to get a vehicle at I had gone to the Subaru dealership once before and although everyone there was helpful, courteous and professional, I wasn't able to get a vehicle at that time. 6 months later I scheduled a time through Katie to go there and try again to get my dream vehicle. I was introduced to Coco. I was actually in a hurry, and stated that I knew what I wanted, what I could afford and I didn't want the typical car sales issue of being there for hours. Coco went above and beyond. He has an amazing personality, super courteous and professional. He was very honest (a trait that I appreciate) and I was able to get the car of my dreams. His communication is fast and always friendly. I've never had an experience where it feels as if the sales rep is actually working with me. The most amazing part is that even after the sale was complete Coco continued to check in on the vehicle and offer assistance with any questions. A perfect 10/10 experience.
