I was valued as a person first, and a customer second. They heard my needs and strove to accommodate while treating me fairly with my trade-in. As I brought my vehicle in for servicing over the past few years I was greeted by the staff as though I was family. Of course this is where I would go when I wanted to trade-in again.. it felt like coming home. Will, Meagan, Kati, Lori and Kevin, they all got to know me by name, and they've taken such good care of me that I trust them completely! My trade in's would of resulted in a better outcome in Edmonton compared to Grande Prairie, which would of helped out in lowering the loan, which I was trying to accomplish. But In all fairness, I gave the dealership in Grande Prairie, an opportunity to gain my trust and business, whether or not I return, only time will tell. More
