Not only was the customer service excellent it was also understanding, knowledgeable and realistic. As this was a trade in for a new family vehicle we were encouraged to have our toddler with us during the process! The best part was getting to take the tuscon home for the weekend to get a real feel for the vehicle. We were also pleased with how patient Brett and her co workers were with us, having our toddler along as well as allowing us to make the decision without being pushy.
