I have been in the market for a convertible, specifically a hardtop bmw 335i. I have been searching nationwide over the past 2 months for the right car. Last week I saw this gorgeous bmw on cargurus and requested information. It was 1am NY time and I left a message for a carfax and more pictures. I received a text message 2 minutes after. At first I thought it was an automated message so I breezed over it. A few minutes later I received another message and I figured I was actually communicating with a person. It was Katherine. I was actually surprised. We spoke about the car and she sent over the car fax. She said she would have the numbers for purchase including shipping in the morning by 10:30am and send me more pictures as well. She did all of that and more. I could not say enough great things about her. She is amazing. She is the main reason I purchased this car. Her communication skills are superb. She makes it such an easy process and she is always available. You email her and she gets right back to you. It was the most pleasant experience I had purchasing a vehicle to date. Though I live in NY I will be checking in from time to time on The Woodlands Mercedes-Benz website for any cars that may interest me and if I do decide to purchase I know who I am contacting.
