Katherine reached out to me right away as soon as I inquired about the used Lexus that was online. After speaking on the phone, made an appointment to see the car. Katherine had the vehicle pulled out to the front when I got there. Test drove the car, we spoke for a few after. She made me feel right at home, was well verse about the car prior history. I'm one not to pull the trigger right away but she sold me on the Lexus. Katherine provided world class service. Even after the dealership closed, she stayed till all the paperwork was done. Katherine was amazing! I have been looking and researching vehicles and knew exactly what I want. I contacted the dealership and she responded. From the first interaction I knew it would be a good researching vehicles and knew exactly what I want. I contacted the dealership and she responded. From the first interaction I knew it would be a good experience if I decided to buy. Well… Katherine did not let me down. I showed up at the scheduled time and she was waiting with the vehicle. She even took an extra step and washed it, so it was nice and clean. We went for a quick ride and I was sold. She was very knowledgeable and was able to tell me way more than I expected. When we got back to the dealership, Katherine asked if I wanted to come inside and talk about the vehicle. I felt zero pressure and decided to go in. Within minutes she was able to produce realistic numbers and did not try to go back and forth on the deal. She said this is where we’re at and again, no pressure. I decided very quickly to go for it. The rest of the process was very seamless and very quick. While I was dealing with Elijah in finance, Katherine showed up and said she would deliver the vehicle to my house for me. WOW!! I have never experienced any dealer, or dealership of this caliber. I will definitely recommend Katherine and Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Thank you all!!!
