Toyota of Rockwall takes excellent care of my RAV4. They never tell me I need services or parts that aren't absolutely necessary, which is not true of all dealerships. I know that my car is repaired with genuine Toyota parts, and the service is performed by personnel that are Toyota trained. This keeps my RAV4 dependable. This particular service (8/31) was to correct a recall item. More
