I found the car I wanted and someone immediately followed up with me. I told them I was serious about the car and the used car manager, Sherette Corsey, then followed up with me. She. Is. AMAZING. I asked so many questions and every time she answered throughly, and made sure I was happy. She was the ONLY, and I mean ONLY person who would help me out, even though I was out of state, everyone else turned me away, even when I said I would put a deposit down, not her. She helped me right to the end. She got my car prepared, and made sure it was done right. She truly cares about her job and wants her customers happy. I enjoyed every second working with her. I cannot wait to work with her again. When I got to the dealership, Sherette had me work with Kamal Pokhrel, who was the sales man who finished things up for her. Even though he an I didn’t communicate within this deal, he acted so happy and pleasant to see me, and just wanted to Make sure everything was good and in order. He accommodated me and my husband throughout the sale, and even called me today to make sure I’m still happy and I didn’t have any questions I didn’t ask. He was so energetic and enthusiastic, and he treated me so kindly and respectfully. I really appreciate how hard these two worked for me. Being out of state can be tough buying a car. I can say proudly I will take the two hour drive, just to give these two my business again when I buy a Mazda. They didn’t oversell me anything, and the car is truly amazing.
