I started my job in the BDC in 2021 and have been growing with my company and team ever since. As the BDM, I am the first point of contact regarding our internet inquires, appointment scheduling and general information. My main goal is to play "matchmaker" at the dealership - I want to know what you're looking to accomplish, WHY you're looking to accomplish it, and then match you with the right product and right personnel to help you get there.

I am extremely pleased with the purchase of a used 2019 Explorer Platinum through Campbell Ford. The two sales people I worked with Kait and Nick made me feel at home when I flew in from Wisconsin to pick Explorer Platinum through Campbell Ford. The service department needs to be a little more communicative about timing and car issues. I did end up trading the vehicle in due to how long it was at the service center.
