Not What I expect when Buying a New Car Let me start out with that Kael was amazing and did a great job, and went above and beyond. What I did not expect was to drive off the lot and the nex Let me start out with that Kael was amazing and did a great job, and went above and beyond. What I did not expect was to drive off the lot and the next day be told they sold me the wrong car and I was driving an uninsured vehicle that was not in my name. The manger made me feel it was my fault and offered no apology for the huge mistake he had made. On top of that the price he wrote down and quoted me for my payments increased quite a bit. If it was not for Kale and Tim and how quickly they corrected the situation I would have walked out of there. More
