I am impressed with the quality of the people working there and the length of their service. They have people in all areas of service with 25+ years of service. Brandon Kavan our sales rep. went beyond and above to help us find the vehicle we desired. He was considerate of our time frame. The service people who certified the vehicle and finance people who completed the purchase were excellent considering our tight schedule due to a trip to the east coast. We had planned to spend the day going to various dealerships, but this was our only stop. Russ was so friendly, accommodating, professional and knowledgable. He seems genuinely interested in making sure his clients leave knowing they were respected and listened to – bonus for us is that we also left with a vehicle we're sure to love. Had a great experience once again at Honda of Lincoln. This was our 3rd vehicle from Honda of Lincoln in the past 10 years. Great Experience! We leased our Oddessy Van in 2015 and worked with Ryan Roberts This was our 3rd vehicle from Honda of Lincoln in the past 10 years. Great Experience! We leased our Oddessy Van in 2015 and worked with Ryan Roberts and Justin Wiley. We were fortunate to get to work with them both again 2 years later with this purchase. This speaks well of this dealership as we were able to see familiar faces with this new purchase and assume you retain your employees! We were back and forth whether we wanted to lease or purchase new or used. Ryan was very patient with us and gave us many options. We found the Pilot we were looking for when we finally decided what to do and were thankful for the special 0.9% financing Honda was offering with used vehicles. We were able to come down to Lincoln (we live an hour plus away) and buy the vehicle and take it home that same day. They stayed after 5:00 even and didn't mind at all. Ryan and Justin are very friendly and easy to visit with and made us feel very comfortable with our decision. We will always deal with Honda and we do our oil changes and services there too even though we are in Aurora which is a drive away. Please pass on our thanks to both Ryan and Justin. More

There was absolutely no pressure at all, and after telling him what I was looking for, and why, he was able to show me the perfect car. Even after I drove the car, there was absolutely no pressure. Some dealerships, where I had shopped in years past, I did not go to this time because I remembered being pressured to make a decision on the spot. This is not how my treatment was at Honda of Lincoln. I love my car, and highly recommend Honda of Lincoln. More

Same salesman as last auto I got, just learned a valuable lesson to make sure ALL details are agreed upon. Felt a lot better about it after Chad visited with me. This dealership overall takes good care of you but had a miscommunication with the salesman this time that seemed like a bigger deal to me than to him. Last vehicle I purchased from him went great though. Will return to them when need another vehicle. More

Was not pushy and showed concern about what we wanted. Last experience with auto salesman (31 years ago) was as soon as the sale was signed, couldn't leave fast enough. Not Nathan. The financial end also showed the knowledge and concern of the staff. Top notch people. This last purchase (of the 3) - Initially went to another dealership that was much closer. We (wife and I) didn't like the used-car salesman approach, so drove the extra miles to Lincoln. We were not disappointed. More
