Happy ...had issue ...they took care of me . First ... I work in sales ... My wife and I went in ...mostly looking but needing a new car soon(scouting) ...but Justin T showed us a Tiguan that we loved ...he gave us a good price ...so we bought it ... we had expected to walk out without it ... but also expected to come back soon to buy one ... So NO PRESSURE ... good deal ... treated well ... The office people did make a mistake on the paperwork ...and we had to wait a few days for our Tiguan but the dealership made it right... which is all you can ask ...mistakes happen ...they owned up and made it right by me and the wife ... they never made it out to be ANY way my fault ... More

Great price and service I was very happy to purchase my 2018 Tiguan from Patrick. We agreed to a price over the phone and e-mail, and I came in to pick up the car and do all I was very happy to purchase my 2018 Tiguan from Patrick. When I didn't have a cashier's check with me, they gave me a loaner of the same car for free and delivered the new car to me once the check arrived. Couldn't ask for more. More
