Excellent car buying experience!! I had been passively looking for a new car for the past couple of months because I hadn't been pleased with mine. Poking around online, I found a Tiguan that fit exactly what I was looking for. After some research on the model, we emailed for more information on pricing. Victoria was able to give me accurate pricing for the new car and an accurate trade-in value for my previous vehicle over the phone. When I went into the dealership the following day, Justin greeted me and helped me through the entire process. I feel that I got fair prices for both cars, they were understanding of my time given that I had my four month old with me, and I was invited back so Justin could go over any questions I had and show me key features on the car. I’m loving my new car and would definitely recommend the dealership! More
