I want to thank justin for helping me and my family. No customer service My wife called at noon and asked if a certain color car was in stock. The salesman Justin said they had two but asked if we could come in a few hours My wife called at noon and asked if a certain color car was in stock. The salesman Justin said they had two but asked if we could come in a few hours so they could prep the car. We arrived at 2:30 and told the car was still on its way and please have a seat. We didn't want to do a test drive but wanted to talk money. Justin disappeared and popped back once to take our car for appraisal for a trade in. No one spoke to us for an hour and a half. When we said we wanted to leave Justin (maybe 21 years old tried to lecture us). We called his manager who was very rude. They claimed to be cleaning the new car for a test drive. Does a salesman do that? No, he engages the customer and works out potential financing. You do not have potential customers who have thousands of dollars cash in their pockets to put down on a car sitting around. Extremely bad customer service. It wasn't like they were busy. Stay away from this place. More
