Rear tail lights and battery I made an appointment for 9 am on Tuesday July 16, 2019 and checked in by 9:15. I left my car there to have the rear tail lights checked, the tire pre I made an appointment for 9 am on Tuesday July 16, 2019 and checked in by 9:15. I left my car there to have the rear tail lights checked, the tire pressured indicator checked, and the battery checked. I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. My car was not ready by 5 pm. If fact when I called at 4:30 they had not even worked on it. I believe they worked on cars of customers that were waiting because the waiting room was full. They called the next morning by 8 am to tell me what service was needed. I authorized the service and my car was ready by 10 am. I was disappointed my car was not ready on the same day. There have been other times when my car was not ready because they were waiting for a part. But I was always called and offered a rental. I should have been called this time too. But I would think making an appointment would assure your car being looked at the same day. More

From Bimmer to Buick! I traded in my 2008 BMW for a 2018 Buick Envision (Certified Pre-Owned) with tons of the proverbial Bells & Whistles! Vincent Ficarra worked out a fa I traded in my 2008 BMW for a 2018 Buick Envision (Certified Pre-Owned) with tons of the proverbial Bells & Whistles! Vincent Ficarra worked out a fair deal on paper before I ever got to the dealership! You know he has your best interest at hand. Once there I had the pleasure of having Justin Smith showing the Buick's buttons, buzzers & back-up camera. Justin accompanied me on my test drive and it was like a tiny road trip with a best bud! Justin is super knowledgeable of everything the vehicle contained and it's capabilities. Even after signing the mile high stack o' papers that goes with purchasing a vehicle, Justin asked if there was anything he needed to go over & made sure my phone was paired to the Buick before I left! Britt Strain was the man with the paperwork! He went over things & even took the time to check one more finance option before I ever began signing. Britt too, was also like having a conversation with an old friend. Purchasing a vehicle can be very intimidating for some women. I went to Rainbow and was treated like family. The guys there are all awesome! More

I was in town with a tight window and Justin did everything I requested but when I got in to sign my papers with Bret it was all done on an I Pad and I missed the $495.00 auto guard until I got back to Texas. When I called Bret to question what the charge was for he said that it was beneficial to people that live local as it was a tire warranty & glass etching that might possibly save me some me money on my insurance. He stated that Justin should have told me about it, they say the money in car sales is made in the finance department and I know why now. Bret said that they place this charge on every vehicle they sell, being that I live in Texas and they knew that I would not be able to take advantage of the program as it is only applicable if you take the vehicle back to them to service. why charge me for it? More

He said he would do his best to make it work. That is when Justin came into play and showed me a used car, with extremely low miles and Rainbow made magic happen. I got a text from Justin one afternoon that an hour of my time was needed. I walked into Rainbow Northshore Buick GMC and within an hour, walked out in my car. Justin was such a nice gentleman. The whole process, from walking in to what felt like signing my life away was super easy. They made me feel like family and I am beyond grateful I am on the road to improving my credit. More
