From start to finish, my experience with Volvo Cars Silver Spring was exceptional. I started by calling to see if they had a XC60 in a specific color. They didn't but the sales manager, Justin, mention Silver Spring was exceptional. I started by calling to see if they had a XC60 in a specific color. They didn't but the sales manager, Justin, mentioned they would have one VERY soon and encouraged me to come in to test drive to ensure I actually liked the vehicle. I was able to test drive an Inscription trim with Kirk and I was blown away. The car was awesome and Kirk thoroughly explained all of the features included---without having to "over sell" nor be pushy. I felt extremely welcome in the showroom. All of the staff members were friendly and professional. After the test drive, Kirk/Justin ran the numbers to see what type of deal was best for me. The initial quote was higher than I expected, so I told them I would go home to think/sleep on it. Over the next couple of days, they worked with me to get to a payment that was comfortable---but for a color that I really didn't want (but I was content with). When I was en route back to the dealership a few days later, Justin called to tell me they just received the EXACT color/trim I wanted and within my budget. I drove home within a few hours and am very pleased with my decision to buy from Volvo Cars Silver Spring. Unpretentious. Welcoming. Personable. Dedicated. Professional. Exceptional. All the words that come to mind when I think about my experience. Thanks Kirk for the amazing attention to detail! My only complaint is that there's no complimentary water bottles in the showroom. I ended up buying a bottle of water from the vending machine. :( More

This is my 6th lease from Volvo Cars Silver Spring. I keep coming back to this dealership because of the excellent service provided by the sales, finance and service staff. I have had the same sales consultant (Iris Harley) assist in all my leases and she has been outstanding in providing me the best experience possible. She is dedicated, helpful, professional and a delight to work with and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in the market for a Volvo. The GM (Noah Greany), the Sales manager and the entire team are great to work with and provide a great buying experience. I highly recommend this team of professionals and this dealership. More

I bought a VOLVO XC60 from this dealership, and the salesman told me (during the test drive) that it had adaptive cruise control, but that was not the case. This dealership has failed to meet even substandard requirements for a decent business. Because English is my second language, sales manager Mr. Eddie Reyes on the first day, has been insulting me by repeating the words like “confusion”, “misunderstanding” instead of taking responsibility when there is certainly no confusion about monthly payments. I see it as discrimination toward me. Obviously, they lied to me to sell their car, and I see they abused my trust in Volvo. Unfortunately, the dealership responses so far have shown that the seller is not willing to accept the reality and what does not matter to him is consumer satisfaction. More
