This time I made an appt which I never had before, usually just stop in. I had a 2pm appt for an oil change and I didn’t get my car back until 3:50pm not accep I made an appt which I never had before, usually just stop in. I always wait while my oil is changed and I have never had to wait this long and those times I had just dropped in.
