Then I watched the porter bring my keys to the cashier and still had to wait over 20 minutes for anyone to bring my paperwork. Then when I finally was getting my paper work the man helping me was bragging about how everyone was canceling appointments because of the inclement weather... yet my service took over two hours. Ever since this dealership was bought out it’s gone downhill. More
