Can you imagine? No more Venza's after 2015. The one I bought was great, however mileage was inching towards six digits so I went shopping for a newer certified Venza...the only way I will ever buy a car. Dayton is close to home and had 4 on the lot, none of which were newer. Next to the certified Venza's was a 2015 Highlander, its the model that is supposed to be the replacement for us Venza lovers. While looking at that Highlander for five minutes or so, I noticed out of the corner of my eye a man approaching, he was a salesman...his name was Justin. For the next hour or so, I put Justin to the test by asking him a ton of questions. He had the most polite demeanor, and a fierce sense of humor, almost as good as mine. Justin demonstrated a level of courtesy that most car salesman think they have, and should have, but don't. Justin backs up his dry wit with knowledge and with a level of complete honesty that made me really want to buy a car from him. Needless to say I had a good time during the hour spent, but unfortunately there was no car that matched my needs. We shook hands and Justin promised me that he would go on an international search for a Venza for me. That's right, I said it...an international search! As I was walking out the door Justin yelled out, "Hey Jeff, wait...I found one!" I said "that was quick man." He said "yeah it was here all the time, it was so fresh it wasn't even entered into the inventory." Long story short...it had everything I was looking for (except the glove box) and more, the price was OK, but Justin went into the back room where the suspender's work, he busted that place up and came out with an unbelievable price! Needless to say I found my Venza, more importantly I found my sales guy. If your looking to do business with someone who sells cars...go find my man Justin! He even guaranteed they would find me a new glove box to keep the extended warrantee papers Omar sold me. More

I would rather browse discuss things with my spouse and here rally get comfortable with a selection before getting down to business. Even then I do not like to feel like I am being pushed to do something I am not ready to do. It was not until I was ready did I speak to Justin regarding an Avalon. He was professional courteous and businesslike in determining my interest. He made an offer only after I indicated that I may want to purchase a vehicle. Both Justin and his manager, Michael, spoke to me about my interests and their desire to earn my business but at no time were pushy or overbearing. It was a comfortable non pressurized experience.
