I’ve always heard how difficult it can be being at the dealer. Thanks to Junior that wasn’t the case for me. Had contact with three different sales reps. One didnt know who they were talking to even after having been given my name twice. One couldnt respect my preferred method of contact and kept calling when I know who they were talking to even after having been given my name twice. One couldnt respect my preferred method of contact and kept calling when I asked to be sent information by email. Last one was sarcastic and suggested I would rather pay more somewhere else because I was unhappy at having been called. When in reality the other dealership not only gave me a better offer but also repected my requests and gave upfront and hassel free information. Overall Galpin lacked basic customer service and lost an easy deal because of it. More
