Even when we had to go out of pocket for repair beyond the routine, Jud relayed the problem and plan in a way that inspired confidence. He can talk to car people, lay people, husbands and wives about repairs in ways that all can understand. He shares options in approach and the rationale behind his recommendations. When we had to revisit a problem, Jud was wonderfully fair and supportive. No, we are not his family :) We are perfectly satisfied customers who continue to buy Volvos because of Jud. More

Turns out there was nothing wrong and they even showed my husband and I the items that weren’t broken like we were told. More

After years of excellent customer service and honesty, I was so loyal to him that when I called to make a service appointment and found that he was no longer with the original dealership, I called around to the others until I found him. He knows his stuff, and does everything in within his power (sometimes it seems like more), to give you the best experience. He makes you feel like a friend. Jud comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. More

A Real Service Department I want to personally thank Jud and all the people in Service Dept for taking the time and finally fixing the C30 that I was purchasing. I was extreme I want to personally thank Jud and all the people in Service Dept for taking the time and finally fixing the C30 that I was purchasing. I was extremely pleased that they took the time and figured out the real problem, not do what the other dealer did and through new parts on it. The team at Courtesy took the time and drilled down all possibilities until they found the small pressure sensor in the AC system that was the problem. This is what I call truly exceptional work, taking the problem from someone else and figuring it out. Although this dealership has only been open for 2 months, they are well on the way to making a real name for themselves. Keep up the great work and I look forward to working with you again. More
