At first I did give them a good review till I realized I got scammed, sales person that I was dealing with is Valeria Meneses and at first she was very helpful and I dint mind leaving a good review even tho got scammed, sales person that I was dealing with is Valeria Meneses and at first she was very helpful and I dint mind leaving a good review even though she actually asked me to leave her good review , this was Saturday March 30th , sale went very smoothly (2 hours I was out driving new car ) I specifically told her I wold like to finance with my bank because they do have good rates, she told me it would take about 2 hours to get answers from the bank even though we had 780 credit score, she texted me with “ I have great news Mercedes finical is giving me better rates then my bank “ so I texted back what is the rate? She texted back with ohhhh it’s against the law to text you the rate , I was exited without thinking that she actually scamming me because the rate she and her friend finical manager were giving me was almost 10% , after we got the car and left dealership we called our bank to find out that they never requested any rates or loan from my bank , at this point I really felt like a fool for trusting her , so i asked my bank to refinance and they came with almost 3 points less then dealership , so I refinanced the very first week , now im trying to cancel my $ 1600 GAP insurance with dealership, that is impossible because nobody answers the phones NOBODY, it’s almost 4 weeks trying to talk to someone and got nowhere, I texted valeria if she had direct number for financial department, her answer was (Hi what do you need to get in touch with them maybe I can help ) so I told her why , this was 6 days a go she never responded back , its really frustrating to have this kind of experience wen you are paying top dollar for a car , I can’t believe that they represent Mercedes , please be careful wen financing or buying any extra warranty or insurance from this dealership they will scam you and good luck trying to cancel anything, please call your bank first , gas station has better service , I hope someone from dealership with some curtesy reads this and does the right thing 646-721-4136, we supposed to go back and purchase another car that my wife absolutely loved but after this experience absolutely not !!!! Never, my sales rep knew this to .. even had appointment with her , we are in process of purchasing new car with different dealership in Edison , big big difference on costumer service More
