I have always being a fan of engines, such inclination took me to be in the aviation field for period of times during my early 20's before I settled in the automotive business and since I have not stopped to have nothing but a thrilling experience with great personal reward. Service rep was great to work with, he used his OBD tool to determine the problem, took his time to explain what needs to be done - very professional. He then showed me to the waiting area which is clean a to determine the problem, took his time to explain what needs to be done - very professional. He then showed me to the waiting area which is clean and comfortable. However, I truly was not pleased with quality of work performed by the tech. The very next morning when I used the windshield washer I found that the washer supply line under the hood was broken and that whatever the tech put into the washer supply tank left a greasy smear on glass. I had to flush the tank many times to get all of the fluid out. I would not want the same tech to work on my van again. More

All was good except the wait. I pulled up and a man came over asked what I was there for I said oil change and 4 point check which I had coupon for he said somebody will be over t I pulled up and a man came over asked what I was there for I said oil change and 4 point check which I had coupon for he said somebody will be over to check you in, about 20 minutes later I got checked in and he said would be hour and half to two hours wait time I was there almost 4 hours total which I did not have appointment for so was happy to get my car serviced. More
