Awesome Dealer/ Personnel I went in to Jenkins Kia of Ocala to explore my options on replacing my 2015 Kia Soul. I walked out with a 2018 Kia Soul. I got the color and options I wanted at a reasonable price. All the staff at this dealership are always great and friendly. I have been dealing with them for a while. Matt Beavers in service always took care of my first Kia. I really liked the salesman, Byron Wilridge. He was patient and answered all my questions. He looked to find the car and color I wanted. He took extra care to be sure everything was right with my new car before I left the lot. I cannot thank him enough. More

Outstanding Customer Service I was searching the internet for various makes and models of new vehicles and when I got to the Jenkins Kia website I was curious where it stated see I was searching the internet for various makes and models of new vehicles and when I got to the Jenkins Kia website I was curious where it stated see what the value of your trade is worth, so I filled in the information and it quoted me a trade in value along with a statement someone would be in contact with me shortly. Well this was a Sunday and I knew the dealership did not open until 11 AM, so I drove to Jenkins Kia around 10:45 AM, I thought I would look around when a young man pulled up got out of his car and asked if he could help me, I explained the above information and he said hi my name is DJ Britton I am the internet sales contact, so I am the person that would have been calling you. DJ was very professional, very thorough, we looked at several vehicles my interest was the Sorento with certain features he went out of his way to accommodate me saying he could DX one or order one and after driving 2 different models I decided on a complete different color then I originally wanted because it had the features I wanted but the color stood out to me, so after going through all the paper work instead of buying I hope I made the right decision I leased this is my first ever lease. I just want to say everyone I dealt with on Sunday at Jenkins Kia starting with DJ Britton, then Juan Del Arco, Daniel Trengrove, and some others they were all so pleasant, caring, informative and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.Then on Monday I had lots of questions running through my mind so I went back to Jenkins spoke to DJ and he introduced me to a very nice, informative young lady Anjolee Blount that answered my questions and helped me further understand the lease process which was very confusing to me. I highly recommend Jenkins Kia to everyone. Ask for DJ Britton tell him I referred you, DJ is the best he will have the answers to all your questions. Thank you to everyone at Jenkins Kia. More

Very complete demonstration Robert Nolan took a great deal of care in showing the features of the car. It might not seem like much but it is. I have been in other dealerships w Robert Nolan took a great deal of care in showing the features of the car. It might not seem like much but it is. I have been in other dealerships where the test drive was "here's the key". Robert, however went far beyond that. We had an extended test drive with a stop in the middle to explain many features of the car. We were on the drive/demo for close to thirty minutes, which is something that I have never experienced before. Also, he took time to help detail the car before we left with a full tank of gas. I would highly recommend Jenkins Kia and especially Robert Nolan as a true sales professional. More
