I received a call from Jamie Fielding to come in to discuss my trade in. The experience was excellent, courteous and professional. I met Guy Rodas also who is awesome at his Job and together Jamie and Guy did their best to get us the best deal and experience we could ask for. We also met Fabio that explained the details of our car functions. Pete in Financing great person as well. Jamie, Guy, Pete & Fabio were just great people that were excellent, courteous and professional at all times. We got a great car and very happy over all. What a wo Been looking at the Kia Stinger for several weeks, NYC auto show and YouTube. Found the Stinger I was looking for at Jenkins Kia of Ocala. What a wonderful way to buy a car. Worked with Juan Del Arco over the phone and Joe Slater at the dealership resulting in my 80 mile trip to pick up my beautiful red Stinger GT1 on Sunday. Even though it was a very rainy day, the car was sitting in the delivery stall and what a sight it was. The dealer had added tinted windows and a pin strip which only added to my excitement. The pricing was exceptional and Juan and Joe were very friendly and efficient. Looking forward to my next 36 month lease. More

John Szylin is a pushy old man This guy will go on and on about some insurance that you "should" purchase and when you say NO flat out then he stars to make comments about how only This guy will go on and on about some insurance that you "should" purchase and when you say NO flat out then he stars to make comments about how only dumb people dont get the insurance, " like playing football without a helmet" When you still say no he comes out with a scare tactic saying " well sign here" and he writes in a piece of paper " I refuse" with an x next to it where you need to sign. This guy tries to bully you into buying something useless. Between him and Juan del Arco I had the worst buying experience. Dealer dont bother to apologized or give me ur number to make it right, I seen all your replies, its a robotic answer. More

SHADY! Dealt with Jeremy in Sales - was looking for a specific pre-owned Soul. He couldn't give a straight answer as to whether the car was on the lot. He Dealt with Jeremy in Sales - was looking for a specific pre-owned Soul. He couldn't give a straight answer as to whether the car was on the lot. He offered two alternatives, however, I test drove one, but we couldn't come to an agreement on price. He presented us with a scribbled note with $10,000 written on it and an "X" to sign on the 'dotted' line. Said "if I can get you this car for $10,000, will you sign the deal? SHADY!!!!! I have NO idea what he was thinking, but when he came back with his manager and the manager said the printed quote was his 'best and final', Jeremy seemed to forget he had written an offer for $10,000. We walked! Watch your back with this dealer. More

Salesmen, finance personnel and sales managers were all part of a great experience for me. No one pressured, hurried, or tried to pick which vehicle I should by. In fact they went beyond to get me the bedt finance deal aviable, made sure the car I chose was the one I wanted. The sales manager was great at assisting me to get a great down payment and between him and the finance department a monthly payment I could afford. Thank you all for a great experience in car buying. And their new dealership is a great place to hang out in while waiting for your car to be worked on or for whatever your there for. Great envitoment, great team of people to work with. More
