I called at 830 am to request service. By 2 pm no call back. So I called again ,asked for service manager. They said OPhe would return my call. Almost 6pm and no one has returned my call. I bought 2 cars back. So I called again ,asked for service manager. They said OPhe would return my call. Almost 6pm and no one has returned my call. I bought 2 cars in 2 days and can't even get a return call. Very dissatisfied. More

Extreme Dificulty connecting my Genesis connect sytem I couldn't connect my Genesis connect service with the help of a service person while on the phone. He said I would have to bring my car in to have i I couldn't connect my Genesis connect service with the help of a service person while on the phone. He said I would have to bring my car in to have it connected at the Hyundai service center. My car was brought there and finally they told me it needed a new part. My car was brought back to me and they would call me when the part arrived. It took awhile to be called and a little longer for them to pick up my car. My car was in the service center for another 5 days. I was in contact with the service manager and he kept telling me there was a problem connecting the service and they were emailing back and forth and another center. Then I was told it takes another 12-24 hours to see if it works. I can't believe with the technology of the car that I am told the service center is emailing back and forth and has to wait for them to answer. Juan was polite and apologetic on the phone but I didn't like the delay (twice) to get the problem fixed. More

Your staff is great Had an oil change done...came back 2 days later to do some warranty work. Friendly but it took 4 hours. I came there because i had a key stuck in the ignition. It took 4 hours to have it finished.It was very expensive. It was terrible took 3 days to swap out a radio ! Service was slow took 3 days to charge out a defective radio and it wasn’t the problem! It was the antenna! Spare key and second fob I purchased a certified vehicle and was only given 1 fob and a broken spare key. They gave me both. Very nice and great customer service.
