Sales was great. The issue I am currently having is in attempting to gain a second key fob for the 23 Jeep Renegade I purchased a few weeks ago. I was only given 1 key fob. went to your WEB site and made a chat query. I was pointed to MOPAR.com to order the part. I did this and the part was somehow sent to a dealer in Minneapolis. Needless to say, when I showed up for the appointment to program, your parts folks did not have it. I currently can't seem to get the dealer in up north to send the part to you. I hope you can help More

Unfortunately since the dealership has changed hands to The Morgan Group vs Arrigo I genuinely feel somewhat hustled. To pay sticker price for a used car to me seems absurd though they would not budge. The The Morgan Group vs Arrigo I genuinely feel somewhat hustled. To pay sticker price for a used car to me seems absurd though they would not budge. Then, to not offer any credit towards my Arrigo Jeep lease of which I had some mileage overage didn’t seem right. To their credit they did offer to post it online (never happened) and did replace two back tires which was causing turbulence over 80mph. My major gripe is that it was promised to check all tires for leaks. I still have the same leak in the front left tire since the purchase of the car on Easter Sunday! The dealership also misplaced personal possessions, promised a check, now I cannot reach Vince the sales manager. There are still problems with my original purchase 1 month after purchase and the sales team could care less. It’s quite funny how I received 7 calls the day I placed an inquiry on the car, though now when I call twice a week for an update I am ignored. If you buy a car here, give it about two weeks after the sale, they will intentionally ignore your calls texts emails and forget you. More
