I've purchased several vehicles in my lifetime, but my experience at Vernon was the best to date. I knew I wanted a 2017 Ram 2500 with specific options and colors. Vernon Auto Group's trucks are ordered with what they know the customer wants. Plenty of pics of their vehicles on their participating advertising websites - the pics you want to see of the vehicle you're considering. Upon our arrival. our truck was parked out front under an awning to shield it from the rain that day. Junior Cavillio (sales) was an absolute pleasure to deal with - personable, plenty of vehicle knowledge and very accommodating. He greeted us promptly when we arrived and gave us time to look over the truck, then offered up the keys to take a test drive. Rodney Wilkinson (finance) was our finance associate, and he was also very easy to deal with. He explained everything very well and didn't pressure us to do anything really. Vehicle was clean, included all the accessories that were supposed to come with the truck and in the condition portrayed online. We were sold on 4 main things - pricing, vehicle options, experience with all employees and accessibility of all of their available vehicles on the web.
