They were responsive to us immediately, took our information and gave us an immediate quote for our trade in and worked out our deal in just s few days! They delivered our new 2018 Dodge Ram 3500 to our home and picked up our 2015 Dodge Ram 3500. Great customer service!!! Here is where they went above and beyond. I got a call the next morning that we had left cash in our 2015 truck and they wanted to make sure we got it back!! We had gone to the bank that morning and just got busy with our day and forgot to go back and make we had everything out. It was so great to see honesty and integrity throughout the purchase and trade in but the integrity to let me know that found our $3000 and wanted to make sure they got it back to us was the cherry on top!! The selection across major brand lines was good and the options, especially on the Ford Super Duties was exactly what I was looking for. This dealership has friendly and non-pressuring sales people unlike the big city dealerships in the metroplex. No one in DFW would come close to the deal I was offered and it was well worth the 2 hr drive north for the purchase. More
