I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I bought a used car from them in January (the sales person was not much better) I've had to take the car back 5 times since I bought it. 2 times I ha I bought a used car from them in January (the sales person was not much better) I've had to take the car back 5 times since I bought it. 2 times I had to pay a $100 deductible because the warranty required it. The 5th time I took the car back for the same reason all of sudden the car needs a new part and they want $4400 for it because the warranty won't cover it. Mind you I bought this car 7 months ago in January of 2022. I'm convinced they screwed me over on purpose. I will NEVER go back there for any reason. More

This response is laughable. Because not only did i speak with felipe the service manager but i spoke with charlie personally on multiple occasions and instead of helping me they both gave me the cold shoulder. And when i decided to just pick up the car because i couldn't afford the $4400 they were asking for not a single person apologized or said "sorry we couldn't help you more." This dealership screwed me over big time with this car. Now I'm in the process of getting a lawyer which oddly is more affordable than getting the car fixed.
