Very excited to have found exactly what we were looking for, we were disappointed upon arrival to find that the 2019, nearly new truck, had various cosmetic body damage that we were not aware of. All the guys that helped us that day were very personable, easy to work with and extremely understanding about our disappointment. They worked with us to adjust the final price to make up for the unexpected cosmetic issues and did everything they could to ensure that our experience was a positive one. Based on this experience, we would definitely do it all over again. Additionally, our daughter hasn't stopped smiling about her truck. Thank you! More

Overall Awesome Buying experience Fair price, Relaxed I went to look at a new last years model RAV 4 that I had communicated with Skylar on in email. He was very responsive to my email and answered all my questions with patience. When I went to look at the RAV 4, Skylar was out and I spoke to Joshua W. The RAV 4 I was interested in had been sold. Joshua was exceptional, he kindly listened to what I wanted and showed me what they had in stock that closely matched my wants. They didn't have one with everything I wanted, (had features but not the color I wanted) so I test drove the one they had and loved it. They looked and found one that met the specifications and color I wanted in Portland (even last years model). Brian gave me discounts as though it was in stock at their facility giving me a fair price. I had looked and priced a few on line so am confident I received a very fair price from them. When I received the car, Joshua was very knowledgeable and excellent at explaining all the features of my new RAV 4. He very patiently and professionally answered all my questions and then some. I felt very comfortable and never felt the normal high pressure during the negotiation and sell. They treated me with respect and consideration. As a woman buyer this is a huge plus. Cate the financial manager was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the lifetime oil and extended warranty options fully. She was willing to work with me on my financial options. It was great!!
