I had an 18 year old Outback that never failed me but knew it was time to finally upgrade. Mei Kei was so easy and pleasant to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about the car and took us on a test drive pointing out all the safety features and mechanics to make us feel comfortable. She took her time answering all of our questions and we never felt rushed. I was unsure of the color but liked the car I had test driven. She and Shawn suggested molding and a pinstripe to make it more personalized. She even co ordinated the service so we didn’t have to make multiple trips. She was conscientious and spoke to service for the arrangements, did follow ups and stayed in contact with us. She even met us in the service department and introduced us to the managers. You could not have asked for a more comfortable and personalized experience than what Mei Kei provided. More

My wife and I saw a deal for a used 2018 crosstrek online and contacted the dealership to ask questions. We decided to pursue the car the same night. We got delayed in our travels (coming from an hour away) and didn't get to the dealership until 8:30pm. We were treated with fantastic customer service. At no time did we feel like an inconvenience for how late we arrived. We asked a lot of questions and each one was heard and answered. Our previous dealership experience (not this one) was horrible and left us a little hesitant to work with a Subaru dealership again. Aleksey made us feel right at home as soon as we met. He listened to our frustration with the other dealership and showed sympathy. That went a long way with us. We felt like we were talking to another person, not the "stereotypical" sales person who is just there to make a sale and doesn't take into consideration what the buyer wants and needs. After the test drive with Aleksey, we decided to purchase the car. From there, we worked with Josh Jones who was just as phenomenal as Aleksey. Both made this car buying experience fun and painless. They showed genuine care to make sure we got what we needed and respected what we declined. Both Josh & Aleksey stayed until Midnight to complete the sale. We greatly appreciated their time and how good both of them are with people. I highly recommend this dealership as they have top notch people representing Subaru well. More

As a military spouse(currently playing the single parent role) with a 1 yr old and 4 yr old, he welcomed and recommended that I come test drive cars - they would help move the carseats. This was enough to come in. Greg was great over the phone so that the car was ready when I got there. Mei Kei helped us and stayed late until everything was done. She had coloring books for my kids and made everyrhing stress free and easy. She even mailed me my leftover belongings I forgot in my trade in vehicle. Joshua in finance was also very informative, helpful, and went above and beyond. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Very upfront, honest, friendly, and helpful. They made a time consuming process as easy as could be(even with 2 young kids). More
