The level of customer service at Germain Lexus of Easton is, without question, among the finest we’ve experienced anywhere in the country. Over the past two decades, we’ve owned at least seven Lexus vehicle is, without question, among the finest we’ve experienced anywhere in the country. Over the past two decades, we’ve owned at least seven Lexus vehicles and received consistently excellent service at numerous dealerships nationwide. However, what truly sets this dealership apart is one individual: Joshua Barnes. Prior to this recent visit, we had never worked with Joshua, but from the moment we interacted with him, it was clear we were in exceptionally capable hands. His dedication to delivering a world-class customer experience is nothing short of extraordinary. Joshua is not only remarkably knowledgeable about the entire Lexus vehicle lineup, but he also brings a level of efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care that is incredibly rare. One standout aspect of our visit was how seamlessly Joshua navigated the Lexus Reserve program for electric vehicle owners. While this program played a pivotal role in our decision to choose Lexus over Tesla, we’ve found that very few dealerships are fully familiar with its details, and in many cases, the process can be frustrating. Not so with Joshua. He made everything smooth, simple, and stress-free, demonstrating a command of the program that is as impressive as it is reassuring. In short, Joshua Barnes exemplifies the very best of the Lexus brand. Professionals like him elevate the ownership experience in every way.
