I came in on a snowy day to check out a vehicle I saw listed online and worked with Abu on the sales team. What really stood out was that while I was sitting down with him, another customer who had already bought a car there stopped in for a coffee and strongly recommended Abu. That immediately gave me confidence I was working with the right person. I told Abu I was a serious buyer and wanted a realistic, straightforward deal. In about 45 minutes we had everything agreed on and shook hands—I was very happy with the purchase. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish: sales, paperwork, and finance were all professional and efficient. Abu did accidentally give me the wrong second key at first (they look the same), but he corrected it quickly with zero hassle. Great dealership, great service, and a solid buying experience.
