Had a wonderful experience at this dealer this past weekend. My sales person was honest, helpful, and the entire experience was enjoyable. Josh was amazing to work with! He stayed in touch over a 6 month period until the right vehicle came available! Not pushy and moved at my speed. I rarely do reviews but I would be remiss if I didn’t share my experience and give praise where it is due! I was in the market for a used vehicle for my neice and had been searching for some time when I share my experience and give praise where it is due! I was in the market for a used vehicle for my neice and had been searching for some time when I received an email from Josh! From the outset he was professional, interested in my need and not “pushy”. After some searching we finally found the perfect fit in my budget and style. The only reasons I didn’t select great for my review is because I waited a long time for finance to do their portion of the sale which I didn’t understand why it took so long because I was paying cash in full. I honestly almost left and not purchase the car because it was such a long wait. I’m glad I stayed. Also the initial car I planned to purchase was sold before I returned to get it. Yet, Josh stayed committed to the goal, sending me options and keeping in touch! I have another car to purchase later this year and will DEFINITELY be returning to Ed Martin Toyota and Josh for my purchase!!! More
