The people that are employed in the service department are the greatest to work with. They work around my schedule, keep me informed of what's happening and most of all are honest and forthright. I have consistently had good results, even for a couple of challenging problems with my 2020 Sienna. However, on occasion, service was a bit slow to update my service representative on status of the repai of challenging problems with my 2020 Sienna. Tire indicator light on for over a year. Went to Byers multiple times (alignment & rotation/balances). They said each time error light would clear with few miles of driving. Never did. Took Went to Byers multiple times (alignment & rotation/balances). They said each time error light would clear with few miles of driving. Never did. Took it elsewhere & it was spare tire sensor. Each visit Byers found other expensive issues like rotors & serpentine belt. Pursued 2nd opinion & those repairs were unnecessary. No longer trust Byers Toyota for service. More
