Quick in getting my truck in and problem addressed. I worked with both Tara and Josh with getting this specific problem with my Tacoma diagnosed and correctly repaired. They both took the time to listen I worked with both Tara and Josh with getting this specific problem with my Tacoma diagnosed and correctly repaired. They both took the time to listen to my concerns and I felt respected and listened to. I had done the research beforehand as to what I learned was a problem that Toyota was addressing through a Technical Service Bulletin(TSB). Fast, I called on short notice to get an oil change and got in and out quickly.
