Oil change an tire rotation Once they oil change and tire rotation was done they brought my vehicle out to me everything looked great I indicated to them that was not exactly tr Once they oil change and tire rotation was done they brought my vehicle out to me everything looked great I indicated to them that was not exactly true that I have a Chevy equinox and I knew the back brakes would have to be replaced they’re not metal to metal but soon had to be replace the garage tech came out looked said yes you were right he would have a talk with his boys and the back throws a flag up to me what else did they say was good that wasn’t good I get in my car and the computer still says I have 13% on my oil if they did not know how to work on a Chevy they should’ve stated and I would’ve taken it to a different dealer I thought Byers was also connected with A Chevy dealer I will not be returning More

First disappointing experience I went into the service shop for my 35k mile service on my 2017 Tundra plus I wanted my alignment checked and adjusted. They were not able to do the a I went into the service shop for my 35k mile service on my 2017 Tundra plus I wanted my alignment checked and adjusted. They were not able to do the alignment that day which I was not upset about. What I was upset about was finding oil all over my engine cover from them adding oil after the old was drained out. Flash forward a week, I went back into to have my alignment corrected and after that service was complete I went out to my truck to find the center console (armrest) had oil on it and both front door handles had oil and hand prints on them. I shouldn't have to clean oil off my truck as I'm sure they have shop towels for the techs to use. I hope this is a one off and future visits wont repeat this issue. More
