Best car buying experience I've ever had! After going to 3 different dealerships in our area with horrible customer service and manners, my mom and I wanted to check out Paramount Kia in Ashev After going to 3 different dealerships in our area with horrible customer service and manners, my mom and I wanted to check out Paramount Kia in Asheville off of Brevard Road. When we pulled into the lot we were greeted with a friendly and very helpful salesman named Bob B., he advised that he was still in training but would be happy to help us. We found this very refreshing after the 3 horrible dealerships from earlier that day. Bob took us on a test drive and was very helpful with vehicle specs and features. When we arrived back to the dealership we started the paper work and we met Josh F. Josh sat down with us explained everything to us clearly with no run-around, again... Very refreshing! Bob B. and Josh F. My mother and I would like to thank you for helping us get into our new car! We've told everyone how helpful and courteous you and your co-workers treated us.
