He followed up with an in-depth orientation of all the new features on our vehicle and is genuinely interested in his customer and their satisfaction! We later found out he sold 5 cars that day and never made us feel any less important than other customers! How does he do it? Our experience with the service department is always top notch as well. Another great expierence with Paramont Kia of Asheville. I had leased two Kia's in the past but decided to buy this time. Josh Flowers did a truly outstanding job. Easy trade Josh Flowers was at the Paramount Kia used lot on Tunnel Road when I stopped by on the spur of the moment to look at a Nissan Frontier. Lumbar and Scotchguard I would like to voice my experience in this survey. Our salesman was a nice person but he needs to consider a persons age when he chooses a car for them. A week after purchasing our car we went on a trip to Myrtle Beach. Upon arriving both of our lower backs really hurt. It was then that I realized that there was no Lumbar adjustment in my seat. It would have been nice to have known there wasn't any Lumbar positioning in the seat before we were sold the car. Also after bringing my car in to have it Scotch Guarded, it was only half completed on the dashboard.you can see areas missed. Bob.and Debbie Harrison More

Painless I hate car shopping. I don't trust car salesmen. All of the sales people at Kia Paramount were helpful as you would expect car salesmen to be. The dif I hate car shopping. I don't trust car salesmen. All of the sales people at Kia Paramount were helpful as you would expect car salesmen to be. The difference was that after I told them what I wanted to pay monthly, they were very frank about what my options were in order to get the vehicle I wanted. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or was not in my budget. I decided to lease a vehicle. They remained positive and helpful through some unforeseen difficulties in accessing my credit rating at the end of the day. I went back 2 days later to finish the paperwork which was quick. I received a call from the service dept later that evening to set up my first oil change 5 months from now! I like that! I would not hesitate to do business with them again and definitely recommend them. More
