Honest. Fast. No BS. I recently purchased a used vehicle from Heritage Toyota. In sales I dealt with Harrison Bush who was completely straight forward and accommodating to my schedule. We mainly worked the deal via email. And one fast test drive. I then worked with Josh in finance who was the least pushy finance manager I’ve ever dealt with (I’ve bought and sold many many cars over the last 20 years). He was incredibly friendly. No desperate upselling. No fear based warranty’s pitched. Just a quick and friendly explanation of the sale and a couple documents to sign. Very nice guy. I was in and out in just over 1 hour. Very professional crew. No matter where you shop for a car today or who you deal with in sales, they all are forced to play the sales game a little bit. Some dealerships enforce it more than others. It’s not the salesmen fault. Comes from the top down. But I can say that the scripted lines and usual sales tactics they are told to use with customers were at a bare minimum in my dealings this week. These tactics have been proven to work. So I don’t blame dealerships for using them. After all, they need to make money. But it was nice to not be bombarded and pressured with them like I have in so many other dealerships where I have happily walked away. Great experience! More

Pleasant and productive. Derek Blood was my sales consultant and I found him to be a joy to deal with. He listened to me with great interest. I was insistent that I wanted to Derek Blood was my sales consultant and I found him to be a joy to deal with. He listened to me with great interest. I was insistent that I wanted to get a new white Corolla Le. He was able to locate one for me and he had it on the lot in just a few days. He did not pressure me into getting one that was currently on the lot. I quoted him a ball park figure as to what I wanted my monthly payments to be and he got it to be even less. He took me for a road test and spent a lot of time with me explaining all the safety features and all the other perks. He is extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel silly asking questions. It is so nice to go into a dealership and not made to feel pressured and incompetent. I look forward to many years of satisfaction and joy working with Derek and the Toyota team at Heritage. More

I really wasnt sure what I wanted because I had an FJ Cruiser and loved it, but they arent making them anymore...He listened and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I had to be in a certain price range and i really wanted a particular color,interior, and make...he never gave up, he went to bat me and ultimately got it done. Its my first lease, and I am looking forward my new adventure...in my Rav4 Adventure!!! More
