I've had a problem with my 430 coupe air conditioning. The Genius thought it was a setting I've worked with them 3 times with no good results. I made an appointment and the tec said that my car has nothin The Genius thought it was a setting I've worked with them 3 times with no good results. I made an appointment and the tec said that my car has nothing wrong when they looked at it. My Advisor drove the car to me and he could see there was a problem. The dealership now has my car that isn't even a year old and BMW corporate has to tell them what to do. Meanwhile, the dealership got me a rental car which is a Chevy Malibu which was full of bird poop on the car. This isn't what I expected from BMW. This is my first BMW, I switched over from Lexus, and so far, I'm very disappointed. More

They don’t carry replacement batteries and said it takes 2-3 weeks to get one from Germany. Batteries made in China. Called AAA and they came the same day and replaced it. 2-3 weeks to get one from Germany. Batteries made in China. Called AAA and they came the same day and replaced it. More
