The man in the red hat that “greets” you when you pull up was so rude to me when I pulled up, he has no empathy and wasn’t nice in the slightest. The lady at the front desk, her name escapes me but she had tattoos and facial piercings, she was very sweet and apologetic about this man’s horrible attitude. He appeared to be making fun of my vehicle and rolled his eyes at me multiple times. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the lady at the desk. When I get a new car you’ll never catch me in another KIA if this is how they treat people. More
