I was having an issue with my CT5 and the service department was determined to fix the issue. Tony my service consultant worked with me to keep me informed on the progress and steps being taken to r department was determined to fix the issue. Tony my service consultant worked with me to keep me informed on the progress and steps being taken to resolve the issue. Technical engineers were called in to assist with the resolution. I have the car back in my possession and during the past few days I have put a good number of miles on it and the issue seems to have been resolved. Thank You More

The team a Sarant is always cheerful, accomodating, and thorough. Since I live a distance from the dealership, a loaner vehicle is there for my convenience. Maurice is the best! He contacted me that an after-market had been delivered and it could be installed at my convenience. I responded that I could come to Sarant Cadillac that day. Maurice told me he would t had been delivered and it could be installed at my convenience. I responded that I could come to Sarant Cadillac that day. Maurice told me he would take my vehicle as soon as I could arrive there. Again, Maurice is a man of his word. I arrived and the install was done immediately. As usual and expected I had a very positive experience. I did not have an appointment yet my vehicle was immediately taken in and serviced as necessary.
